Come walk through a beautiful sea of sunflowers surrounded by a border of wildflowers. Pick your flowers straight from the field to take home. HID are gathering for a friendly social with a simple outdoor activity followed by a picnic in the countryside together! x

About the Event
The sunflower has become a symbolic representative for hidden disabilities, helping to create awareness via lanyards, cards and more. So we thought it rather fitting and special that we visit local Sandy Bottom Farm who have planted 200,000 sunflowers with 14 varieties!
Please note this is a public sunflower ticketed festival event. Hidden Disabilities have purchased entrance tickets for our group and we shall meet at 11.15am and have a slot to pick our flowers together between 11.30-12.00. Everyone gets to pick 3 sunflowers to take home included within your complimentary ticket. However there are opportunities for you to buy more if you wish, plus wild flowers too!
There will be lovely photo opportunities x
Hot food/drinks are available to purchase on site or you may prefer to bring yourselves a picnic and blanket (or chair). We shall be gathering for a countryside outdoors picnic together after our flower picking.…
