Salt Therapy Session

Will or Claire are the owners of Salt Revive and will be there to welcome you and look after you. They were at the HiD charity launch with their portable salt pods, so you may already have met them.  However at their clinic in Beverley you will be in a room as shown in the photo. The treatment is relaxing and you can put your feet up, be tucked under a blanket fully clothed. The lights can be turned down and spa music played. The group is only small totalling 8 people. There are 3 sessions available. There is a hydration station available. My daughters and myself have tried this treatment and they have both noticed improvement in breathing, one has POTS and the other Asthma.

The HiD charity are making things more accessaible and giving you opportunities to try holistic and complementary treatments so you can discover what works for you. You will also meet other people with hidden disabilities too and be able to connect. You may bring a friend or career to the session as we do not expect you to attend alone and know you will probably need transport. Salt Revive has a car park. The treatment is gentle, relaxing and accessible. 

As a welcome, Salt Revive is kindly allowing up to 8 HiD members, to attend each of these sessions free of charge. Subsequent HiD Group sessions will be available at half price.
