About the Event
Amongst our beautiful 'Indian Summer' setting we shall dine in style, support those on their Hidden Disabilities journey, celebrate together and have some fun! Â Be prepared to be inspired... This year we focus on raising awareness for ME, CFS and Fibromyalgia.Â

We have an amazing evening planned for you, so glam if you can and join us at our beautiful and relaxed Indian Summer themed gala! We have welcome drinks and friends awaiting, along with a surprise to welcome you into the ballroom. Followed by our guest speakers each sharing their personal journeys, plus a campaign and some art displays all to inspire you and raise awareness.
Our pianist will be creating ambience whilst you dine and enjoy your sumptuous 3 course supper.
There will be a raffle, auction and games to help us fundraise with fabulous unique prizes. Our professional photographer and a selfie station are there to capture your memories.
Afterwards you will be entertained by live music and can celebrate on the dancefloor. Once this finshes if you wish to party on longer, the disco and DJ will be starting upstairs in the Lexington rooftop bar. However, you may prefer to cosy up under the heaters on the terrace for some fresh air and chilled converstaion instead.
So join us at our fabulous Indian Summer Nights, where you get a great night out whilst supporting your local charity and the hidden disabilities community all at same time!

DetailsÂ
For those with any disabilities please let us know what requirements you will need to make the event more comfortable and evening more enjoyable. There will be complimentary hydration stations available, blankets, fans and footstools galore! There is a lift to the rooftop bar and some comfy reclined seating available, a low sensory room and quiet space if you need to escape or lie down for a while. You are free to pop in and out of the ballroom as needed.
If you would like to reserve a comfy sofa chair with foot stool and blanket for yourself and a companion please tick the option box. Please note these are to help guests with postural diffulities like POTS, chronic pain and fatigue so they can last longer at the event. There are a limited number so please only reserve these if they help you medically.
When you book, please confirm the items you will find helpful so we can ensure we have them ready for you x
The Venue
The venue Doubletree by Hilton, 24 Ferensway, Hull, HU2 8NH is a 6 minute walk from the Hull City train and bus station. You may park at the Hotel or nearby at St Stephens. There is also another hotel close by called The Holiday Inn.
