Introducing our Wellness Workshops

We recently started our HiD wellbeing workshops. This consists of six talking therapy classes, running once per month. These will be facilitated by psychotherapist Emma Pooley in a variety of styles dependent on the topic; either interactive, psychoeducation, art therapy and a virtual one for those who can not attend in person. Kindly sponsored by someone who found talking therapy gave them life skills, coping mechanisms, helpful tools and tips for the challenges a disability brings and wanted to help others x

Brew are very kindly donating their venue. These are free to attend and refreshments included. We have limited places so please reserve your place below to avoid disappointment. Course consists of: Setting healthy boundaries, confidence building, decompressing stress and anxiety, identity and challenging self-limiting beliefs, processing grief, communication and space for your story.

Through our educational campaigns, support networks, and advocacy efforts, we strive to foster a more inclusive and understanding society. Join us in our mission to ensure that individuals with fibromyalgia receive the support and recognition they deserve. Together, we can make a difference.

Huge thank you to all our sponsors who helped us create such a spectacular launch. It's quite remarkable that all the decor, props, lighting, AV, staging, stilt walker, sofas and printing were sponsored! Stallholders were invited to display for free. Plus our speakers and event organiser, all donated their time to help get us off the ground! Branding was all donated too x
