About the Event
HiD Wellness Workshops
Join us at our informal monthly wellbeing sessions with psychotherapist, Emma Pooley. These are being run once per month on a Friday for several sessions and are free to attend. There are 14 places per session, you may attend as many as you feel helpful. One session will be held virtually to enable more people with accessible issues or too far to travel to be able to access the service. Â
There will be a theme for each session, and opportunities for discussion and creative activities. You can participate as much or as little as feels comfortable, and the number of participants will be capped to no more than 14 per session to give everybody an opportunity to connect and engage with each other.Â
Emma Pooley is a psychotherapist in private practice in Hull, UK. (UKCP Accred., PNCPS Acc.) She describes herself as "professionally nosy", and has a particular interest in working with trauma, relationships and neurodivergence. There will basically be two different styles of therapy so you can pick which you are most comfortable with.Â
